Campaigns or programs designed to introduce new technology products/services or promote existing products/services to a Hispanic/Latino consumer audience.

2. Healthcare & Nutrition

Campaigns or programs designed to promote new or existing healthcare or nutrition programs, products, events, brands or issues to Hispanic/Latino consumer audience.

3. Fashion & Beauty Campaign

Campaigns or programs designed to promote new or existing fashion and/or beauty products/services Hispanic/Latino consumer audience.

4. Food & Beverage

Programs designed to promote existing or new food and/or beverages products/services, including alcoholic beverages, to a Hispanic/Latino consumer audience.

5. Public Education

Campaigns or Programs undertaken to educate the Hispanic/Latino public about an issue affecting the community.

6. Sports

Campaigns or programs incorporating sports or athletics to promote new or existing products/services to a Hispanic/Latino consumer audience.

7. New Product/Service Launch

Campaigns or programs designed to introduce and promote new products or service to the U.S. Hispanic/Latino market. Entries are judged on results directly tied to most effective use and return on budget.

8. Media Event Campaigns

One time program of limited duration developed to attract attention or promote communications to a Hispanic/Latino consumer audience.
Includes product launches, openings, celebrations, premiers, anniversaries, kick-offs or other special observances. Entries will be judged on the results directly tied to the most effective use and return on budget.

9. Integrated Marketing Communications Campaigns

Campaigns or programs incorporating an integrated marketing mix including advertising, promotions, marketing, and public relations. Campaigns must have a public relations component and one more of the other disciplines.

10. Non-Profit Campaigns

Campaigns or programs conducted by non-profit organizations and/or their agencies targeted to reach the Hispanic/Latino community to promote awareness, generate, funding and goodwill.

11. Digital Public Relations Programs (Social Media Campaigns)

Use of social and digital media platforms as part of a public relations program to communicate, influence, share information or build brand awareness with Hispanic/Latino audience. Submit only the social/digital media component of the PR program or campaign.

Social media can include but is not limited to: blogger campaigns, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, YouTube, blogs/vlogs, apps, webcasts, webinar, apps etc.

Submission should explain why this medium was selected and demonstrate how the campaign strategy, research, and execution successfully worked to reach and influence Hispanic/Latinos.

12. INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAMS

Programs targeted specifically to internal publics, such as employees, members and affiliated stakeholders designed to create system-wide alignment for business initiatives and/or brand messaging.

12 (b). Associations/Government/Nonprofit Organizations

13. CSR COMMUNICATIONS CAMPAIGNS

Campaigns aimed at promoting and enhancing an organization’s corporate social responsibility programs or corporate citizenship in communities in which the sponsoring organization has an interest, need or market opportunity.

14. PUBLIC AFFAIRS CAMPAIGNS

Campaigns specifically designed to influence public policy and/or affect legislation, regulations, or political activities at the local, state or federal government levels.

15. LATIN AMERICA CAMPAIGNS

Campaigns executed to impact the audience in the Latin America region (including Brazil).

16. B2B CAMPAIGNS

Campaigns within industries, impacting any business sector.

17. MULTICULTURAL PR PROGRAM

PR campaigns, marketing communications or community relations program specifically targeted to a cultural group.

18. AGENCY OF THE YEAR

New to the HPRA National ¡Bravo! Awards this year, the Agency of the Year award recognizes agencies that can successfully be demonstrated key industry contributions both externally through the programs they develop for clients and internally for the initiative they take to grow and reward their staff.
